Summary: | Organic electroluminescent materials and devices thereof are disclosed. The organic electroluminescent material is a metal complex containing a La ligand with a structure shown in a formula 1, the novel compounds are applied to electroluminescent devices, very excellent device performance such as reduction of device voltage and improvement of current efficiency, power efficiency and external quantum efficiency can be obtained, the performance of the devices in all aspects can be comprehensively improved, and the application prospect is wide. And finally, the comprehensive performance of the device is greatly improved. Also disclosed are an organic electroluminescent device comprising the metal complex and a composition comprising the metal complex.
