The invention relates to a high-speed two-needle bar warp knitting machine. A guide bar of the two-needle bar warp knitting machine swings back and forth to enable a front needle bar and a rear needle bar to form loops. When the front row of needle pieces and the rear row of needle pieces of the double-needle-bar warp knitting machine are both in the high position, the guide bar transversely moves in the space between the two needle pieces. The guide bar swings back and forth on the front needle bed and the rear needle bed to complete front needle bed needle back yarn laying, front needle bed needle front yarn laying, rear needle bed needle back yarn laying and rear needle bed needle front yarn laying. The transverse moving process of the transverse moving mechanism, the swinging process of the guide bar hanging bracket and the matching of the needle piece and the knocking-over piece enable the swinging of the guide bar to be accurately matched with the ascending and descending of the needle bed, and the loop
