The invention provides a vehicle with an imaging device for driver and window monitoring. A vehicle is provided that includes: a cabin interior; a seat configured to accommodate a passenger; a vehicle window, the vehicle window having a movable panel, the movable panel being actuatable between an open position and a closed position; and an actuator for driving the vehicle window between the open position and the closed position. The vehicle further includes an imaging device located in the cabin interior and oriented to capture an image of an occupant sitting on the seat and at least a portion of the movable panel of the window; and a controller that processes the image to determine one or more characteristics of the face of the passenger.
