Summary: | The invention discloses a waste salt incineration fly ash resourceful treatment process which comprises the following steps: step 1, adding water into fly ash generated by waste salt incineration to completely dissolve sodium chloride; step 2, carrying out filter pressing treatment on the solution obtained in the step 1; 3, NaOH and Na2CO3 are added into the filtrate obtained in the step 2, so that divalent or higher metal ions are precipitated; step 4, filtering the solution obtained in the step 3 through a ceramic membrane to remove precipitates; and step 5, concentrating and crystallizing the filtrate of the ceramic membrane in the step 4 to obtain sodium chloride solid salt. By adopting the process and the device provided by the invention, resource utilization of the waste salt in the fly ash can be realized, and high-quality industrial solid salt is generated.
