There is provided a semipermeable membrane comprising: at least two two-dimensional (2D) heterostructure layers; and a polyelectrolyte layer between each of the at least two 2D heterostructure layers. The invention also provides a method for preparing the membrane. The method comprises the following steps: mixing a 2D heterostructure solution and a polyelectrolyte solution to form a mixture; and vacuum filtering the mixture to a substrate to form a membrane, in a preferred embodiment, the 2D heterostructure layer comprises graphene oxide, and a polyelectrolyte layer comprising polyethyleneimine (PEI). 提供了一种半透膜，包括：至少两个二维(2D)异质结构层；以及在至少两个2D异质结构层的每个2D异质结构层之间的聚电解质层。还提供了一种制备膜的方法，包括：将2D异质结构溶液和聚电解质溶液混合形成混合物；以及将混合物真空过滤到基材以形成膜，在一个优选的实施方案中，2D异质结构层包括氧化石墨烯，以及包括聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)的聚电解质层。
