The invention relates to the field of energy storage control, in particular to a liquid flow energy storage control system and method.The liquid flow energy storage control system comprises a main control unit, a coordination controller, an energy storage module and a temperature adjusting unit; the coordination controller collects state information of the energy storage module; the coordination controller and the temperature adjusting unit are respectively in signal connection with the main control unit; the main control unit is configured to determine the current or voltage level of the energy storage module according to the dynamic SOC value of the energy storage module, and control the operation state of the energy storage module according to the current or voltage; and determining a target working temperature interval corresponding to the current or voltage level, and controlling the temperature regulating unit to maintain the working temperature of the energy storage module within the target working tem
