The protective member may include an adhesive layer over the display panel, a first protective layer over the adhesive layer, and a second protective layer between the adhesive layer and the first protective layer. The first protective layer may have a first thickness and a 1-1 modulus at room temperature, and the second protective layer may have a second thickness less than the first thickness and a 2-1 modulus less than the 1-1 modulus at room temperature. The minimum value of the second thickness may be 20 [mu] m, and the maximum value of the second thickness may satisfy the following Equation 1.
