Summary: | The invention discloses a calculation method of a welding seam constitutive model under tailor-welded blank high-temperature deformation, which comprises the following steps of: dividing a tailor-welded blank test piece into three parts, namely a base metal 1, a base metal 2 and a welding seam, and considering that strains generated by the three parts of the tailor-welded blank are the same during tensile deformation; and converting the stress-strain relationship of the three parts into the relationship among the tensile forces to obtain a calculation formula of the stress of the welding seam area. A high-temperature constitutive model of the base metal is established through a hot stretching experiment, and the total stretching force and related parameters of the tailor-welded blank are obtained.
