The invention relates to a strip threading production method of a 7-series aluminum alloy thin plate, which comprises the following steps of: (1) jointing: after being uncoiled, a strip is conveyed to a sewing machine, the strip head of the strip is overlapped with the strip tail of the previous roll, the strip tail of the previous roll is arranged below, and the strip head of the next roll is arranged above; inserting laminated strips into the strip head and the strip tail respectively, and then sewing the laminated strips, the strip head, the laminated strips and the strip tail together from top to bottom by using a sewing machine; and (2) threading the strip in the furnace area: after the production of the previous strip is finished, the heating furnace begins to cool, so that the temperature of the furnace area is reduced to 300-450 DEG C before the threading of the next strip, then the joint sewn in the step (1) firstly passes through the furnace area, and after the joint passes through the furnace area,
