The invention discloses a contract subject matter recognition method and device and a computer readable storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: carrying out the character recognition of a contract file inputted by a user in advance, and obtaining a full text of a contract; determining a target contract type based on the contract full text; obtaining a context of a subject matter of the contract by using a positioning word corresponding to the target contract category; and screening out the subject matter of the contract from the context of the subject matter of the contract. Compared with the prior art, the method does not need manual participation in the identification process of the subject matter of the contract, and can effectively improve the identification efficiency of the subject matter of the contract. 本申请公开了一种合同标的物识别方法、装置以及计算机可读存储介质，该方法为：对用户预先输入的合同文件进行文字识别，得到合同全文；基于合同全文，确定目标合同类型；利用与目标合同类别对应的定位词，获得合同标的物上下文；从合同标的物上下文中，筛选出合同标的物。相较于现有技术，该方法无需人工参与合同标的物的识别过程，能够有效提高合同标的物的识别效率。
