Summary: | The invention relates to a casting desulfurization process for a copper-nickel alloy reclaimed material. The casting desulfurization process comprises the following steps: mixing the copper-nickel alloy reclaimed material, an electrolytic nickel plate, an electrolytic copper plate, metal iron and metal manganese together; melting the mixture in a power frequency cored induction furnace; stirring after adding a desulfurizing agent; slag dredging is started after stirring is completed; taking out the slag, sampling the molten liquid, and detecting and analyzing the components of the molten liquid on a spectrograph; and after the components of the melt are qualified, casting a cast ingot with a required shape. The copper-nickel alloy produced by the process has the same performance and structure as a brand new material, so that the subsequent cold and hot processing performance is ensured, and the recycling of the copper-nickel alloy regenerated material is facilitated.
