Summary: | The invention belongs to the technical field of fluorine chemical industry, and particularly relates to a catalyst for preparing 1-chloro-3, 3, 3-trifluoropropene as well as a preparation method and application of the catalyst. The catalyst is a chromium sesquioxide composite oxide doped with Zn < 2 + >, graphite and/or carbon nanotubes, wherein the chromium sesquioxide accounts for 60-80 wt%, the zinc oxide accounts for 10-20 wt%, and the graphite and/or carbon nanotubes account for 10-20 wt%; the catalyst is used in the preparation process of 1-chloro-3, 3, 3-trifluoropropene, 1, 1, 1, 3, 3-pentachloropropane and hydrogen fluoride are used as raw materials, and the 1-chloro-3, 3, 3-trifluoropropene is prepared through a gas phase fluorination reaction. When the catalyst is used for preparing 1-chloro-3, 3, 3-trifluoropropene, the catalyst has the advantages of high activity, high selectivity and long service life, and the product yield is high.
