Summary:The invention relates to a nano magnetic bead sorting method for epithelium-derived tumor cells. The method comprises the following specific operation modes: (1) adding carboxy l ic aci d activated magnetic nanoparticles into 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl) carbodiimide and N-hydroxysuccinimide for activation; adding an anti-EpCam monoclonal antibody, an anti-Ki-67 monoclonal antibody and/or an anti-pan-CK monoclonal antibody, reacting at room temperature, and cleaning with PBS after the reaction is completed to obtain a magnetic bead precursor; adding bovine serum albumin to seal non-specific adsorption sites to prepare functional magnetic beads; (3) cell sorting: taking the functional magnetic beads, adding the tumor cell sample, sorting by using a magnetic frame, collecting tumor cells for counting, and detecting the proportion of the tumor cells by using a flow cytometer. The functional magnetic beads are prepared through a convenient method, the functional magnetic beads and tumor cell samples are rapi
