Summary: | Devices, systems, and methods for optimizing a mesh network through cloud computing. A cloud network controller may receive, from a plurality of access points (APs) in a mesh network, information related to channel quality based on measurements made by the APs. Based on this information, the cloud network controller may predict one or more optimal channels based on information related to channel quality. The cloud network controller may then transmit a message to the plurality of APs, the message including a recommendation to switch to one or more optimal channels based on the prediction. The AP may then decide to perform the recommended channel handover.
