Summary: | The invention provides a preparation method of carbetocin. The method comprises the following steps: carrying out first mixing treatment on carbetocin crude peptide and an acetonitrile solution; carrying out polymer filler adsorption treatment on the first mixed treatment product; carrying out elution treatment on the polymer filler adsorbed with the first mixed treatment product so as to obtain an eluent; and carrying out purification treatment on the eluent, so as to obtain the carbetocin. By adopting the method, the use of inflammable and explosive reagents such as diethyl ether or methyl tert-butyl ether can be effectively avoided, the safety risk is reduced, the steps of crude peptide precipitation, centrifugation and vacuum drying are reduced, the production time is saved, and the production efficiency is improved.
