Abstract | The invention relates to a pyridazinyl thiazole carboxamide compound. The present invention provides a compound useful as an active ingredient of a pharmaceutical composition for treating cancers associated with immune cell activation or cancers resistant to anti-PD-1 antibody/anti-PD-L1 antibody therapy. The present inventors studied a compound useful as an active ingredient of a pharmaceutical composition for treating cancers associated with immune cell activation or cancers resistant to anti-PD-1 antibody/anti-PD-L1 antibody therapy, and confirm that a pyridazinyl thiazole carboxamide compound has a DGKzeta (DGKzeta) inhibitory effect, thereby completing the present invention. The pyridazinyl thiazole carboxamide compound of the present invention has a DGK [zeta] inhibitory effect, and can be used as a therapeutic agent for cancers associated with immune cell activation or cancers having resistance to anti-PD-1 antibody/anti-PD-L1 antibody therapy.
