Steel slag-based carbon sequestration building material
The invention relates to a steel slag-based carbon sequestration building material, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 70 to 80 parts of steel slag; 5 to 10 parts of slag; 4-8 parts of fly ash; 5 to 10 parts of magnesia; and 0.1 to 0.3 part of a cross-linked polymer...

Summary: | The invention relates to a steel slag-based carbon sequestration building material, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 70 to 80 parts of steel slag; 5 to 10 parts of slag; 4-8 parts of fly ash; 5 to 10 parts of magnesia; and 0.1 to 0.3 part of a cross-linked polymer. According to the steel slag-based carbon sequestration building material prepared by the invention, three typical industrial wastes, namely the slag, the fly ash and the magnesia, are used for replacing part of the steel slag, and alkaline oxides and amphoteric oxides in the components stimulate carbonation reaction of the steel slag and CO2, so that effective curing of the carbon dioxide is realized. In addition, mineral carbonization maintenance of the steel slag-based carbon sequestration building material prepared by the invention is an effective way which has a wide application prospect and can simultaneously realize large-scale CO2 sequestration and low-economic production of the building material.
