The invention discloses a multi-energy park load scene generation method and device and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps that an electric heating and cold load data set of a multi-energy park is acquired; calculating a correlation matrix of the electric heating cold load data set; according to the electric heating and cooling load data set, calculating a mean square error between an actual cumulative distribution function and an empirical cumulative distribution function of edge distribution corresponding to the electric heating and cooling random variable of the multi-energy park, and judging whether the mean square error meets a preset condition or not; if the mean square error does not meet the preset condition, correcting the edge distribution of the random variable of the multi-energy park electric heating cold load scene set, updating the edge distribution one by one according to the edge distribution correction result, and repeating the cumulative distribution error calculation until th
