The invention relates to the field of polypropylene material preparation, in particular to a high-melt-strength polypropylene material and a preparation process thereof. The high-melt-strength polypropylene material is technically characterized by being prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 40 to 50 parts of polypropylene, 40 to 50 parts of composite toughening agent, 3 to 8 parts of nucleating agent master batch, 0.1 to 0.5 part of lubricating agent, 0.3 to 1.0 part of auxiliary agent and 0.5 to 2 parts of coloring agent, wherein the carrier of the nucleating agent master batch is polypropylene, and the nucleating agent is a phosphate metal salt nucleating agent and basic magnesium sulfate whiskers. According to the invention, the long-chain high-melt-strength polypropylene is adopted, and the compounded crystallization nucleating agent and high-melt toughening agent are matched, so that the melt strength is improved, rapid crystallization is realized, the molding period is shortened, a
