Summary: | The invention provides an organic double-free-radical monomolecular device stable at room temperature and a preparation method, the organic double-free-radical monomolecular device comprises an anchoring group and double free radicals, the double free radicals contain two unpaired electrons, the two unpaired electrons are obtained by oxidizing-NH through an oxidizing agent, and therefore organic conjugated double free radicals are formed. Based on the technical scheme of the invention, the organic double-free-radical single-molecule device can be stable at room temperature, and the conductivity value of the compound before and after oxidation is obviously changed, which proves to a certain extent that the delocalization range of unpaired electrons can improve the conductivity of the single molecule.
