Summary: | The invention discloses application of a reagent for detecting a biomarker in a sample in preparation of an early diagnosis/prognosis product for acute organ injury or sepsis. The biomarker comprises Prdx1 protein or a specific antibody of the Prdx1 protein. Experiments show that the expression level of the Prdx1 protein is remarkably increased in organ injury serum or other body fluids or samples such as bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and the like, and the Prdx1 protein is extremely likely to become a clinical target of organ injury; and in the acute hepatic failure, the content of serum Prdx1 protein is increased earlier than that of ALT.
