Summary: | The invention discloses an efficient polyester printing and dyeing process which comprises the following steps: drying a polyester fabric, putting the polyester fabric on a ceramic partition plate of a dryer, adding an organic solvent into the dryer, keeping the dryer at a constant temperature, fumigating the polyester fabric with 100% solvent steam in the dryer, taking out the fabric after fumigating, and putting the fabric into a drying box for drying; and dyeing the dried fabric with a disperse dye. According to the invention, a solvent steam annealing (SVA) method is creatively provided to pre-treat the polyester fabric before dyeing, so that the surface roughness and surface energy of the fiber are increased, and the dye-uptake and color fastness are improved.
本发明公开了一种涤纶的高效印染工艺,包括如下步骤:涤纶织物干燥后置于干燥器的陶瓷隔板上,往干燥器内加入有机溶剂,将其保持在恒定温度,在干燥器内部用100%溶剂蒸汽熏蒸,熏蒸完毕后将织物取出放入干燥箱中干燥;将干燥织物采用分散染料染色。本发明创造性地提出利用溶剂蒸汽退火(SVA)方法对染色前的涤纶织物进行预处理,使纤维表面粗糙度及表面能增加,提高上染率和色牢度。 |
