A process operation method comprises the following steps: receiving operation information through a process control and management platform, extracting a task in the operation information through a semantic analysis method, and issuing the task; receiving tasks through the process operation platform, and storing the tasks into a task queue; wherein after the flow operation platform receives the tasks, the flow is processed according to the task definition, and the sequence of the tasks in the task queue is ranked; and actively obtaining the task from the process operation platform through the endpoint task robot, executing the task, writing an execution result into a log queue, and transmitting the execution result to the process control and management platform. 一种流程操作方法，包含：通过流程控管平台接收操作信息，通过语意分析方法提取出操作信息中的任务，并发布任务；通过流程操作平台接收任务，并将任务存入任务队列；其中，流程操作平台在接收任务后，依据任务定义处理流程，并排序任务在该任务队列中的顺序；以及通过端点任务机器人主动从流程操作平台取得任务，执行任务，将执行结果写入日志队列，并将执行结果会传至流程控管平台。
