Summary: | The invention discloses an explosive RDX detection method based on surface enhanced Raman scattering, which comprises the following steps: (1) preparation of an inclined silver nanorod array Ag NRAs: soaking a silicon substrate in a piranha solution for treatment, then evaporating a chromium film and a silver film, and then evaporating silver nanorods; (2) preparing gold nanorods (Au NRs); and (3) self-assembling and modifying 4-MBA on the inclined silver nanorod array to obtain an Au NRs (at) 4-MBA compound solution and an Ag NRs (at) 4-MBA (at) RDX compound, then preparing an AgNRs (at) 4-MBA (at) RDX (at) 4-MBA (at) Au NRs sandwich structure, and measuring the content of RDX through a Raman spectrometer. The method has the advantages of lower detection limit, higher Raman intensity, better stability and anti-interference capability, and on-site rapid detection capability, and can realize high-sensitivity detection of the non-aromatic explosive RDX.
