The invention discloses a power distribution network planning optimization method based on load space-time aggregation. The method comprises the steps of 1, collecting urban planning plot data, power distribution network historical data and power grid equipment topological data; step 2, performing space-time management analysis processing and verification on the collected data; 3, screening the mature land parcels according to the load data of the mature land parcels, and analyzing and extracting electrical load characteristic curves of the mature land parcels of different land types by applying a clustering method according to the historical load data of the mature land parcels; step 4, calculating a planned plot distant view load curve by applying the plot electrical load characteristic curve, and performing multi-target optimization analysis on the power grid economic target by using a machine learning algorithm to obtain an optimization analysis result scheme; and 5, referring to the optimization analysis
