The method comprises the following steps: acquiring target historical meteorological data and target historical power data of each wind turbine generator in a wind power plant; training a preset model based on the target historical meteorological data and the target historical power data to obtain a target model of each wind turbine generator, the preset model performing dynamic time establishment on a multivariable time sequence through a lightGBM model; respectively substituting the weather forecast data into the target model of each wind turbine generator to obtain the predicted power of each wind turbine generator; and adding the predicted power of each wind turbine generator to obtain the predicted power of the wind power plant.
