Summary: | The invention discloses a metallographic corrosion method for distinguishing bainite, martensite and austenite complex phase structures in steel. The corrosive agent is a mixed solution formed by copper sulfate, picric acid, phosphoric acid, nitric acid, absolute ethyl alcohol and water. The use method of the metallographic etchant comprises the following steps: providing a bainite-martensite complex phase steel sample; the sample is subjected to abrasive paper grinding and mechanical polishing; the polished sample is immersed in a metallographic corrosive agent at the temperature of 50-80 DEG C for water bath heat preservation corrosion, and the sample is taken out after being corroded for 1-5 min; and sequentially cleaning the corroded sample with clear water and absolute ethyl alcohol, drying, and observing through a metallographic microscope or a scanning electron microscope. The metallographic corrosive agent is simple in preparation method and convenient to use; through the metallographic display method |
