The invention provides an image denoising method, device and equipment and a computer readable storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a to-be-denoised target image and shooting equipment identification information corresponding to the target image; obtaining an image denoising model corresponding to the shooting equipment identification information; and obtaining a de-noised image of the target image by using the image de-noising model. According to the image denoising method provided by the invention, after the to-be-denoised target image is obtained, the image is processed by using the denoising model corresponding to the shooting equipment identification information of the target image, and compared with the prior art that the image is denoised by using a denoising model which is obtained by training and has relatively good universality, the image denoising efficiency is improved.
