Summary: | The invention provides a generalized load-based loudspeaker support vibration fatigue damage prediction method. The fatigue life of a loudspeaker support is judged and predicted by calculating accumulated damage formed by the loudspeaker support under the action of loads with different stress levels. The method mainly comprises the following steps: 1) obtaining stress-strain response of a loudspeaker support under the action of unit load through steady-state analysis; and 2) obtaining a fatigue accumulated damage result of the loudspeaker support under generalized load excitation through fatigue accumulated damage analysis. And 3) judging whether the support has fatigue damage according to the obtained damage value.
本发明提出了一种基于广义载荷的扬声器支架振动疲劳损伤预测方法,通过计算扬声器支架在不同应力水平的载荷作用下形成的累积损伤来判断预测其疲劳寿命。该方法主要包括如下步骤:1)通过稳态分析得到扬声器支架在单位载荷作用下的应力应变响应;2)通过疲劳累积损伤分析得到扬声器支架在广义载荷激励下的疲劳累积损伤结果。3)根据求得的损伤值判断支架是否存在疲劳破坏。 |
