The invention discloses a guiding shoe which is used for guiding a pipe column into a sand setting packer, the guiding shoe comprises an insertion pipe and a rotating assembly, the rotating assembly comprises a first control pipe, a second control pipe and a third control pipe, the first control pipe and the second control pipe are both fixedly arranged outside the third control pipe in a sleeving mode, and the first control pipe and the second control pipe are connected with each other. A first guide groove is formed in the lower end of the first control pipe, a second guide groove is formed in the upper end of the second control pipe, the first guide groove is formed above the second guide groove, an opening of the first guide groove is opposite to an opening of the second guide groove, and the second guide groove is provided with a guide face inclined to the axial direction of the third control pipe; the second control pipe is sleeved with the upper portion of the insertion pipe, and the sliding key is arr
