The full-biodegradable film provided by the invention is prepared from the following raw materials: poly (butylene adipate-co-terephthalate), polylactic acid, talcum powder, an antioxidant, an anti-ultraviolet master batch, a cross-linking agent, a lubricant and a powder coating agent.
