The invention discloses a tundish temperature early warning method, which is applied to the field of tundish temperature detection and comprises the following steps: acquiring temperature data of a tundish impact area acquired by a temperature measurement thermal resistance transmitter; wherein the temperature measurement thermal resistance transmitter is temperature measurement equipment arranged in a tundish impact area; acquiring a preset early warning temperature threshold value; and comparing the temperature data with a preset early warning temperature threshold value, and when it is determined that the temperature data exceeds the preset early warning temperature threshold value, performing early warning.
