Summary: | The invention discloses a gear point cloud reconstruction method combining visual inspection and line structured light measurement. The gear point cloud reconstruction method comprises the steps of system calibration, measurement coordinate system establishment, sampling, gear measurement and data processing. According to the method, a coordinate transformation relation of coordinate systems in a calibration system is established by combining visual inspection with a line structured light measurement standard component; a coordinate transformation relation between a measured gear and a line structure light measuring head under a measuring system is established through combination of a circular grating and visual detection, and a real gear point cloud coordinate is reconstructed through a measured gear point cloud coordinate. Rapid detection and on-site detection in the gear production and manufacturing process are achieved, and a foundation is laid for improving the gear industry level in China.
