Abstract | The invention provides a rubber tree secondary body embryo efficient generation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of plant cell engineering. The method comprises the following steps: cutting a cotyledon of a somatic cell embryo into an embryo block with the length * width of 2-4mm * 2-4mm, firstly attaching a far axial surface of the embryo block to a callus induction culture medium for inoculation, and then attaching a near axial surface of the embryo block with embryogenic callus to a somatic embryo differentiation culture medium for inoculation.
