The present invention provides a high heat resistance diaphragm, which comprises a substrate, a crosslinking layer formed on at least one side of the substrate, and a ceramic layer formed on a certain crosslinking layer, the materials of the crosslinking layer at least comprise a photoinitiator, an assistant crosslinking agent, a surfactant and deionized water, and the materials of the ceramic layer at least comprise a ceramic material and an auxiliary agent. The invention also provides a preparation method of the high-heat-resistance diaphragm, which comprises the following steps of: coating one or more surfaces of the base material with the cross-linking layer material, drying, irradiating with ultraviolet light, coating a certain cross-linking layer with the ceramic layer material, and drying, so as to obtain the high-heat-resistance diaphragm. The invention also provides a lithium ion battery which comprises a positive electrode, a negative electrode and the high-heat-resistance diaphragm positioned betwe
