The invention relates to an integrally-formed fixed punching device which comprises a fixing device and a punching device, the fixing device comprises a bottom plate, a fixing plate is fixed to the middle of the top of the bottom plate, a front support and a rear support are arranged at the top of the fixing plate, and a workbench is fixed to the tops of the two supports; the front side and the rear side of the top of the workbench are each fixedly provided with a positioning column, and a to-be-machined workpiece is placed on the tops of the positioning columns. The punching device is arranged at the top of the workbench and comprises a connected oil cylinder, two oil ports are formed in the connected oil cylinder, two parallel connecting supporting seats are arranged at the top of the connected oil cylinder, two oil cylinders are arranged in the connected oil cylinder, rod bodies of the two oil cylinders are vertically and upwards arranged, and the tail ends of the rod bodies extend into the connecting supp
