Summary: | An ophthalmic lens for treating myopia, the ophthalmic lens comprising: a base lens having an anterior surface, a posterior surface, and a first power profile selected to correct or substantially correct for remote ametropia of an eye; one or more myopia control elements on at least one of the anterior and posterior surfaces of the lens; a first visual area having a size selected based at least in part on a concentration of an agent used in conjunction with the ophthalmic lens, the first visual area configured to minimize, reduce and/or eliminate visual impairments for remote vision; and a second viewing area including a relatively corrected power distribution compared to the first viewing area; wherein at least one of a size of the second viewing region and a relatively corrected power of the second viewing region is selected based at least in part on a concentration of the medicament.
