The invention relates to the technical field of data encryption, in particular to a layout file vectorization encryption method, which comprises the following steps of: acquiring a character coding sequence, constructing an undirected key graph and acquiring an encryption path sequence; obtaining a path sequence and a starting point of each element in the character coding sequence according to the encrypted path sequence and the undirected key graph; and according to the starting point and the path sequence, walking in the undirected key graph, obtaining a walking ending point, taking the value of the ending point as a ciphertext of each element in the character coding sequence, obtaining a ciphertext character sequence according to the ciphertexts of all the elements in the character coding sequence, and further obtaining a ciphertext file. The undirected key graph constructed by the method is large in key space, can resist brute force attack, is complex in ciphertext, and can resist statistical analysis att
