The lock structure comprises a main lock body, a positioning piece, a reset piece and a maintaining assembly, the main lock body is suitable for being arranged on the tool box, the positioning piece is suitable for being arranged on a cover body of the tool box or a box body of an upper-layer tool box, and the main lock body comprises an operating part and a lock head; the operating part is operated by a user to drive the lock head to move between a locking position and an unlocking position, the positioning piece can be matched with the main lock body to lock the box body and the cover body or the upper-layer box body, or can be separated from the main lock body to realize separation of the box body and the cover body or the upper-layer box body, and the resetting piece is used for applying pre-tightening force for resetting the lock head to the locking position.
