The graphene oxide-loaded Ru-CoP-based aerogel is prepared by the following steps: dispersing a powdery Ru-CoP-GO composite material in water, adding chitosan, uniformly dispersing to obtain a solution A, uniformly mixing the solution A with a solution B obtained by dispersing graphene oxide in water, adding acetic acid, removing bubbles, standing and drying, thereby obtaining the graphene oxide-loaded Ru-CoP-based aerogel.
