A method, content manager and computer program product for automatically generating enhancements to audiovisual (AV) content are provided. The method may include analyzing, by a processing unit, data about consumer interactions to generate consumer insights about the original AV content, automatically associating the consumer insights with segments of the original AV content, automatically generating content for the segments in response to the consumer insights, and injecting the generated content into the original AV content to create a modified AV content.
