The present invention relates to an apparatus (10) for connecting a reservoir (11) to a fluid channel (5) in a drug delivery device. The device comprises a body (3) having a working area (6) configured to receive a needle (7) in fluid communication with the fluid channel. A reservoir (11) is housed in the body and is filled with a medicament that will be delivered through the needle into the fluid channel after the needle pierces an end face of the reservoir. The plunger (15) is movable within the reservoir in an axial direction A parallel to the reservoir longitudinal axis X, and the piston (20) is movable in said axial direction (A). The device includes a trigger mechanism configured to drive the device to move from an initial operational configuration in which axial movement of the piston initiates axial movement of the reservoir relative to the body to a final operational configuration in which axial movement of the piston initiates axial movement of the plunger within the reservoir. 本发明涉及一种用于将储存器(11)连接至药
