A turbine is provided with: a rotatable impeller having a hub provided with a plurality of rotor blades; and a cylindrical member having a diffuser formed on the downstream side of the impeller, and having a plurality of protrusions formed on the inner surface of the cylindrical member at positions closer to the inlet end of the cylindrical member than the outlet end of the cylindrical member, the protrusions protruding toward the inside in the radial direction of the cylindrical member.
