The present invention relates to anti-CD40 antibodies or antigen-binding fragments thereof that specifically recognize human, cynomolgus monkey and mouse CD40 molecules and weakly agonize said CD40 molecules, as well as immunoconjugates, pharmaceutical compositions and combinations comprising said anti-CD40 antibodies or antigen-binding fragments thereof. The invention also relates to a nucleic acid encoding the anti-CD40 antibody or the antigen binding fragment thereof, a host cell comprising the nucleic acid, and a method for preparing the anti-CD40 antibody or the antigen binding fragment thereof.
