Summary: | The present invention relates to an improved method for the synthesis of deoxyribonucleic acids (DNAs), in particular for the cell-free enzymatic synthesis of DNA, preferably in large-scale or industrial scale, with increased yield and/or with increased efficiency. The present invention entails the use of nucleotide complexes in which the nucleotides bind to a mixture of divalent and monovalent cations. Preferably, the divalent cation may be magnesium or manganese.
