The method comprises the following steps: modeling an internal structure of an energy storage battery into a second-order circuit model according to internal characteristics of the energy storage battery; a least square method is adopted, historical data are used for identifying parameters in a second-order circuit model in the energy storage battery, and on the premise of a certain error, a charging and discharging simulation curve which most meets port circuit characteristics is obtained; and then SOC and SOH state estimation is realized based on a charge and discharge simulation curve by establishing SOC and SOH estimation formulas.
