Summary:The invention discloses a municipal sludge dewatering conditioner and a dewatering conditioning method thereof. The dewatering conditioner is prepared from 10 to 15 parts of amphoteric starch-based flocculant and 20 to 25 parts of polyester fiber. According to the amphoteric starch-based flocculant, starch is used as a base material, and a cationic group and an anionic group are grafted; the cation group is quaternary ammonium group methyl; and the anion group is carboxyl. The amphoteric starch-based flocculant provided by the invention is used for conditioning municipal sludge, contributes to sludge flocculation, is extremely good in solubility, can be easily and fully dispersed in the sludge, is extremely small in addition amount, and has the characteristics of environment friendliness and high efficiency. The polyester fiber used in the invention has the advantages of low ash content, low cost, high calorific value and the like, and is beneficial to subsequent sludge incineration disposal.
