Summary:The invention discloses an application of arteannuin in preparation of a mesenchymal stem cell apoptosis inhibitor. Rat bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells are used as representatives as experimental subjects, hydrogen peroxide is used for simulating and inducing mesenchymal stem cell injury, research finds that the artemisia annua extract has a protective effect in hydrogen peroxide induced cell injury, and the protective effect mechanism of the artemisia annua extract is preliminarily discussed. The result shows that the artemisia annua extract plays a protective role by inhibiting up-regulation of p-erk and p-p38 expression caused by H2O2 and activating a PI3K/AKT pathway.
