Summary:In a power amplification device, broadband operation of a high-frequency power amplification circuit is realized. A power amplification device (100A) is provided with: a power amplification circuit (1) that amplifies a high-frequency input signal; a first impedance matching circuit (2) for performing impedance matching on an output signal of the power amplification circuit (1); and a second harmonic termination circuit (3), which is provided on the output side of the first impedance matching circuit (2), and which reflects at least some of even and odd harmonics included in a signal input from the first impedance matching circuit (2), thereby outputting the signal as a high-frequency signal from an input terminal.
