The underwater template-free magnetic slurry pouring device comprises a magnetic field generating device, the magnetic field generating device is selectively installed at the tail end of a hard arm type mechanical arm or a sliding lifting device used for moving the magnetic field generating device. The slurry injector is used for injecting magnetic mortar, and an accelerator injection opening is formed in the upper portion of a mortar spraying pipe of the slurry injector and used for injecting an accelerator to accelerate solidification of the magnetic mortar while mortar spraying is conducted; and the magnetic field generating device is connected with real-time monitoring equipment for monitoring the magnitude of a magnetic field generated by the magnetic field generating device in real time.
